As Junior Events Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in promoting our well-loved product.
You will manage exciting events, connect with key professionals and consumers, and be the driving force behind building trust and brand loyalty. From organizing dynamic speakership activities to identifying new market opportunities, this role is for someone who can turn ideas into flawlessly executed projects while making sure every interaction creates a positive impact.
🏆 What You’ll Do:
– Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution, ensuring smooth and successful activities.
– Promote our product to targeted professionals, schools, and institutions to boost awareness and loyalty.
– Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, creating brand advocates.
– Lead Speakership Activities to engage and inspire your audience with product knowledge.
– Strategically grow the brand by identifying new markets, opportunities, and key touchpoints.
– Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure product availability during events and activations.
– Handle project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for efficient execution.
– Submit timely reports on project progress, event evaluations, and sample inventory.
🔑 What You Bring to the Table:
– A bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
– A passion for events and project coordination—you thrive on organizing and delivering results!
– A go-getter attitude who takes initiative and doesn’t shy away from challenges.
– Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft applications for reporting and planning.
– A team player who can build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
