Join Our Team as Cashier
📍 Work Location: Onsite at our Taguig Warehouse
📅 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00am to 8:00pm
About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and reliable? We’re looking for a Cashier to manage cash and check collections, ensure timely deposits, and facilitate payments to suppliers and service providers. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth financial transactions and accurate record-keeping.
What You’ll Do
💰 Collection Management
- Receive and safekeep cash and check collections from Sales Team.
- Count and store daily collections in the vault.
- Deposit funds to the bank and maintain proof of deposits.
- Update collection monitoring records and internal systems.
📝 Check Release & Payments
- Notify suppliers, consultants, and other payees when payments are ready for release.
- Oversee check disbursements, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain records of released checks and process bank deposits when needed.
📂Finance & Administrative Support
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business-related course with relevant experience in credit and collection.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A team player with excellent organizational skills.
