📍 Work Location: Onsite at our Sto Tomas Batangas office
📅 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role

As a General Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our site office. Your responsibilities will span across logistics, office administration, travel, fleet management, purchasing, and facilities coordination. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficiency and compliance in all administrative functions.

What You’ll Do

Fleet Management – Oversee vehicle registrations, preventive maintenance schedules, and repairs.
Travel Coordination – Manage travel arrangements between office locations.

Facilities & Purchasing Management – Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement needs.
Office Administration – Maintain and replenish office supplies, monitor payments for suppliers, and ensure compliance with rental and utility payments.
Security Management – Monitor and coordinate security-related concerns, working closely with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
General Reporting – Prepare and present monthly reports on administrative activities.
Business Permits & Compliance – Handle the renewal of business permits and safekeeping of important office documents.
HR Support – Assist with recruitment coordination and employee-related concerns.
Courier & Mail Handling – Manage outgoing documents and employee reimbursement reports.
Other Administrative Duties – Provide support on ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

What You Bring to the Role

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
🔹 At least two years of experience in a similar role.
🔹 Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask across departments.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🔹 A team player with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
