Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and process efficiency?

We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries.

What You’ll Do:

• Document and System Management: Prepare, process, and release delivery documents while ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Distributor Coordination: Supervise the receipt of items and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation for every transaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to coordinate deliveries for events, accounts, and sample stocks.
• Accounting Support: Endorse delivery documents to the Accounting team to facilitate payment processing.
• Administrative Support: Maintain spreadsheets, prepare reports, and assist the Logistics Supervisor and Manager with department needs.

What You Bring to the Role:

• A bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics.
• People management experience is an advantage
• A team player with experience working across functional teams (Sales, Marketing,Logistics, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
